This 47 m² apartment comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests, with 2 bedrooms (the first with a double bed and two bunk beds, the second with a double bed) and a living room, plus 1 bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, filter coffee maker, and everything you need to prepare meals. Enjoy a TV, washing machine, elevator, ski storage, and self check-in. For families, toys, books, and a shared playground are available. Relax on your 2 private balconies and take in the mountain view. The apartment is on an upper floor, ensuring peace and quiet. On the ground floor, you arrive right in front of the ski lifts—true ski-in/ski-out convenience! Nearby, you’ll find seasonal sports activities, bike and ski rentals, a lake, playgrounds, bars, restaurants, and shops. A shared on-site parking space is available, along with access to other parking lots in the complex. You can drop off your luggage at the building entrance before parking. Pets are not allowed, parties are prohibited. Smoking is not permitted indoors, but is allowed on the balconies. Please respect the neighbors and building rules. Access via key box or in person, as you prefer. Public transport is nearby. Cleaning is included, and on request we can provide and set up bed linen and towels for an additional fee.
